By accessing or using the GoodWord mobile application or the GoodWord website at goodopshq.com (together, the "Service"), each operated by Good Ops LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoodWord provides a marketing website and waitlist for a customer referral platform designed for service businesses. The Site allows visitors to learn about GoodWord and join a waitlist to receive updates about the product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
